    I’d love to see a “where are they now” edition with these kids as adults, to see if they still feel the same way about skateboarding and if their kids are skaters.

    and relatedly: I wonder if New Yorkers are slowly losing their accents.

    Totally — bet some of them are still cool.
    Accents — yea. maybe. some of them were pretty thick. did accents vary according to borough?
