Pancakes with peaches
Breakfast I made Linda this morning.

Pancakes using this recipe

and then topped with…

* Peaches cut into small chunks
* Brown sugar
* Butter
* Dark Rum

… all cooked in a pan until the “sauce” thickened and the peaches softened (about 10 minutes)

… add Quebec Maple Syrup and enjoy.

One of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had.
